Clients who host their sites with Spotlight Website Design agree to a strict "Terms and Conditions of Service" which includes provisions prohibiting unsolicited email ("spam"), and the hosting of illegal or copyrighted material.

If you wish to report any activity by our clients which you believe has violated these terms and conditions of service, you may contact us with information and we will look into the issue.

If you wish to submit a claim regarding unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") provides a procedure for notifying service providers of such claims by contacting the provider's Designated Agent. The contact information for the Designated Agent for Spotlight Website Design is shown to the left. Please see the U.S. Copyright Act, Section 512(3) for more information about the requirements for filing a copyright claim.

We take all abuse claims very seriously and will respond to your complaint as soon as possible.
